TRUST.

It is popular amongst successful entrepreneurs to talk about certain intangibles that make for good business. Intangibles such as leadership, innovation, persistence and follow- through. I say this, because I too speak of these things, both passionately and often. Their importance goes without questioning. Each cannot be given, and consequently must be earned. Each is intrinsically valuable in and of itself, and may stand as a singular example of character.

However, in my opinion, a single gift endures beyond each of these items. It endures because, in my opinion, it’s the single most valuable gift human beings can share, and could stand as it most rare. That gift is Trust.

Trust is a rare bird in an age where celebration of “the self” is most prevalent. Constantly we are pitched, marketed and sold things thought to appease our own wares. There is nothing fundamentally wrong with this. We all deserve to live a life free from suffering. However, I think most would agree that it is more than possible, and more enjoyable, for the comforts we enjoy to exist for mutual benefit.

We can give someone a dollar, but it soon will be spent and migrate to the pocket of another. We can give flowers, but they too will one day wilt. We can give presents, compliments, advice and embrace one another in moments of despair. But to give another the gift of your trust is a commodity for which no darkness, time passed, or circumstance can ever wither. Trust allows us to walk taller, to face our troubles without fear and to triumph in the hour of greatest uncertainty.

Trust requires great bravery, to be vulnerable and humble. Trust is the first step to love. Trust is the highest form of human motivation. It is well known, and spoken of, that time is precious, but I believe trust is more precious than time.

Let us be reminded, the greatest of us to be given is always from within.

Remember these things, for it will never be Yesterday.

All my best,

Great thoughts! It is so true that trust is fundamental. Our whole society is based on trust – a paper bill represents trust because in itself, it is not worth much. Our confidence is wested in our elected government, that we will receive protection in the hour of need, because together we are stronger. In our family we rely on each other for our basic necessities, the baby for food and comfort from its parents, the couple for mutual love. In business trust is fundamental as well. Lack of trust causes chaos at the stock markets and so forth. Behind trust lies unchangeable values that are the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. If you can predict the behaviour of another person by the way they act, you will get a feeling of trust that will make you expose yourself more to others – and the wonderful thing is, that so will they.

I feel a great trust in the words of Jay Kubassek when he among thousands of relevant subjects chooses to emphasize trust, because we need to based on the fundamental values in order to trust one another. Well done!

  2. Hi,Jay,

Chintua here. I am brand new here and getting off the ground slowly. Soon to make my M1 purchase. I was moved by the “Trust” article. It is so key, and sometimes many of us miss it as we chase the things that we want. Truly, without trust nothing else meaningful happens.
    Thanks for writing that.
Hey, by the way, I saw you on PIX11 last week in NY with the morning news crew promoting your movie. I think it was rather cool that in a room full of people I was the ONLY one that recognized you, of course through my affiliation with CCPRO….:). I enjoyed the moment.
I am really excited to be a part of CCPRO, and can’t wait to make it happen.

    Hey Jay
Very inspirational. I feel there are 2 types of trust. One is given blindly, like riding an elevator..you trust it will work. The other is much more precious as you mentioned. Given as a gift to someone else, it is the foundation that indeed spans all time.
    Thanks for your thoughts
    Sonny

Jay, what a wonderful article. I believe that without trust we have nothing. It’s nice to know that with CCPRO we are a community of trust & one big family. I saw you on the news last week talking about your movie. You also got a little plug in at the end about network marketing. I sure hope they invite you back to talk about this.

  5. Hi Jay,
Greetings from a fellow New Yorker!
I didn’t know you were such a poet. I’m all about the inner things and sometimes don’t know how to combine them with taking action in my marketing. Your words are very encouraging. Thanks much for the reminder that without trust there would be no real relationships, and without relationships there would be no network marketing!
    Best,
    Betsy

    Hi Jay,

Thanks for the great insight. I too believe that “Trust” is very important if we are going to be able to move forward as human beings. It took me a while to trust what you were saying the first time I saw your video. What stayed in my head was “What if….” I trusted what you were saying in your video. I could not let this opportunity pass be by because I would have been asking myself, “What would have happened if I had made that commitment and taken that opportunity to join CCPro?” I don’t like the words “What if.” I trusted that I was going to be able to make something great with the opportunity. I am still working on it but continue to trust that I am doing what is right for me. Thanks again.

  7. Good one JK,

Trust is the backbone to any and all relationships!

So beautifull written, this is about trust in business world maybe but the trust in personal world, with he people we are living with.
There is hard, there is need for more information about their real life to trust to them.we try harder and harder and say i wil trust but first i have to know this and that
But when you say i do not know whole the history,i hope i do not get wrong,i trust and i know i am afraid of wrong dicision,i am ready to do something about that when i get know that it was wrong
But it is horrible to be so afraid and vulnerable

  10. Jay, Jay, Jay,
Ladies and Gentleman a true leader in our midst. I got one too brother. By any means Men and Women’s ignorance is in the connection with things unseen and intangible. He or She does not understand the intangible force wrapped up in the soil of the EARTH-the force which provides us all with every morsel of food we eat, every article of clothing we wear, and every dollar we carry in our pockets, wallets, and purses.
To your Success, and many Blessings!

Yes Thank You for that wonderfull thought of the BIG word (TRUST). I know your my upper & I trust ., with CCPRO and I believe ., can’t wait either .

    PS

  12. Trust is exactly what I have in the system of CarbonCopyPRO. I’m quit confidential that within a year or two, I will become one of the top producers. Therefor I’ve already spend several thousand us dollars to get a good start, without receiving hardly anything back yet.

When starting, among some other things, I had to go to the step of producing/purchasing a brand new website for me, since there are to many duplicates, of the CarbonCopyPRO’s back office sites/templates, on the market.

I take these amounts as an investment for me and my family’s future, because I have faith; I trust in my sponsor, I trust in the words I’ve received from you Jay and I trust in the whole CCPRO program.

When I first came in contact with my sponsor, Lena Bjorna, it was hard for me to believe in everything she told me. But when she started explaining several things about how the system worked, she convinced me – I trusted her words.
Today, when I’m in contact with my own leads/applicants/members, I try to convince them to trust the CarbonCopyPRO program, to trust that this program is unique and will give them everything they ever will be needing getting success in Network Marketing.
I always try to convince them; to have faith in them self, to rely on me as their mentor and to trust me when I’m telling them that I’ll do anything, with help from CCPRO’s top earning professional producers, to get them to the top in this business.
